How many endings does End of Abyss have?

No one outside the studio knows — no ending count, no details, and no conditions have been announced. End of Abyss is unreleased until October 1, 2026, and every hands-on so far has been fenced to the opening hours of the game. If you have read a page claiming a specific number of endings before launch, that page is guessing. This one will not. Everything published before release about the ending — including the premise reading below — is interpretation, and we label it as such.

What does the story premise imply about the ending?

The setup raises questions this kind of story usually answers at the end — but any specific ending claim right now is speculation. Here is what is actually public:

• The descent. Cel, a young combat technician, descends to the facility with a crew after “disturbances” — messages of unknown origin. Where the facility is, is deliberately ambiguous.
• The parasite. A parasitic entity has taken over the facility, and everyone inside has been transformed into abominations.
• The message. The reveal trailer’s line: “To the one who hears this message, we are waiting for you.”

Read together, those invite obvious questions — who sent the message, whether “waiting” means rescue or a trap, and whether the transformed crew can be saved or only ended. What will this page track after launch?

Everything ending-related, verified against the release build on day one. Once End of Abyss is out, we will fill in:

• The ending count — whether the game has a single ending or multiple endings.

• Ending-related achievements — which trophies and achievements tie to the finale, and what they imply about requirements.
